How to replace my RAM?

You have to know more specifics about the ram (Such as DDR3 1066, 1333 etc) or the motherboard model. You can then see what the motherboard supports and buy the appropriate RAM that way. I believe at this point for consumer systems, DDR3 only comes in 240 pin, so you don't need to worry about pins.
