So my height is 4'11" and my weight is 108 and I'm 17. Yeah I know I have to lose 1000 calories a day to do that but I haven't started doing that ): I also started eating alot of fruits like melon lychee strawberries and blueberries. So can you tell many any forms of exercise to lose 15 pounds :/ and please tell me if DDR would be a good work out
