You can customize laptops online, but can u do it at the store?

I want a 13 in MacBook with 2gb DDR 3 memory, nvidia ge force 320 m graphics card, and the only thin I want to customize is the hard drive from 250 gb to 320. I know u can do it online but I would rather get it at the store. Can I do that at a retail store? Thanks.
