How can i help my cousin, she cuts herself and im worried to death?

this is a BIG problem. i have a friend who cuts herself, she is depressed and her daily life is not good. this is a big part in all of this. so assuming there are some problems in your cousins life what needs to happen is for you to have a "heart to heart" talk with her. saying how much you care for her and how you do not want her to do these things for it conscerns you. that you love her no matter what. you need to help her through this. mabye try to arrange a trip where you can see eachother. personallyi am still helping my friend. this is a long process sometimes, once you start it do not go back.
