HELP! a tick on my yorkie?!?

my 9 month old Yorkie had a tick underneath her chin area. my mom and dad took it out and put some type of liquid on it( alcohol or peroxide , i forgot which one) . that was like 2 weeks ago. today i was petting her and found a bump where the tick was. should i be concerned or will it go away. should i put anything on it? hellppp:/ i dont want anything to happen to herr.
