Lose 2 pounds a week.....?

So I'm 5'0" and 108 pounds and 14 and I want to lose 2 pounds a week until august, Therefor I lose 13 pounds or 14 pounds. My diet is not a problem, I have not been eating any candy for 3 weeks and have eaten a lot of fruit for a substitute. I don't drink soda so I can manage without it :) and I've been eating chicken and fish for my meals. For calorie consumption it's about 800-1200 a day. I've been more active lately I've been running everyday and playing ddr about 2 days a week. S anymore tips on how I can acheive my goal.....?
