Hello is this motherboard ok for my gaming pc?

hello i am going to make a Very small gaming machine using the mini itx form factor i am thinking of using the foxconn h67s mini itx motherboard with socket 1155 and ddr 3 ram and 1 pcie slot (i am only going to use 1 pcie so that's ok) so is that motherboard ok i am hoping to use an i5 or i7 cpu but i don't know which one so of you could recommendd me a cpu that would be good also could yrecommendndd me a decent graphics card
